The Killing of a Journalist
I recently watched the documentary, ‘The Killing of a Journalist’.
It tells the story of the murder of a young journalist Jan Kuciak his partner Martina Kusnirova, it exposes corruption at the highest level of the Slovakian establishment and their families’ fight for justice.
The depth of the corruption is breathtaking, from the head of police, to judges and seemingly all the way up to the Prime Minster, a man called Fico, who resigned in disgrace in the aftermath of the murder. And who was recently voted back in as Slovakia’s Prime Minister.
I blogged about it here.
